Purim is when the Hebrew people were marked for extinction by a Persian king. Yet, through a series of supernatural reversals, the Jews were granted permission to defend themselves and defeat their enemy. 

A deep state bad actor named Haman was committed to eradicating the Hebrews and tricked the King into signing their execution order. It’s at this moment Esther emerged on the scene. She comes in as the beauty pageant winner but steps into her destiny as the queen who saves her people from destruction. 

Esther had supernatural favor, and that same favor promotes God’s people today! The story of Esther reminds us how God moves in history to intervene on behalf of His people. We have come to see God doing this in our own nation in an authentic way. Just as the Jews needed to mobilize to spoil Haman’s plot, the people of God must mobilize to heal our nation today. 

God is hovering over things right now, and we’re in a period of great contradiction. And that’s the perfect time for God to promote you. PURIM is an example of how supernatural favor and obedience encourage people into a position that can save a nation. All it takes is one righteous person to overcome evil!
